This seriously bugs me. It bugged the shit out of me when people on the anti-war left said they’d move to Canada if we went to war or Bush was re-elected. It bugs the shit out of me when anyone says they’ll desert their own country. If you’re being actively physically persecuted, sure, but if it’s just politics and taxes, I think they’re all selfish fuckers.
