That’s just ridiculous anyway. So the new regulation incorporates and combines old regulations — if done correctly.

It’ll be used as an excuse to gut things but in reality it can be gotten around for a while if Congress weren’t hell bent on destroying our quality of life.

Never mind — we’re fucked. They’ll use it as an excuse to eliminate much needed regulations claiming they don’t have a choice.
