I left for a while, came back, saw the same patterns. Decided not to fall into the same patterns myself! Because it’s dishonest to smile and nod to people who celebrate those who mean me harm

basically, I’m being honest. Honesty sucks sometimes! It’s an honest, lucid, disgust. Crystal clarity, like a diamond. :) I don’t know how else to say it, but after you know people for 10-20 years who were ostracized by their families for not following the conservative pattern, for being a little too queer, a little too intelligent, you see the effect it has on their lives, you get tired of it
