Start: Control panel
(Vista has a Windows logo circle instead of Start)
Double-click on System.
The tabs in that dialog have all the information.

That didn’t work — couldn’t find the word “System” using your method -=- but I found it by clicking on “Control Panel” and then clicking them all until the info appeared.
