Actually, there is indeed no credible evidence of Moses or Abraham, those are most probably mythological personages.

With Jesus though we have the gospels and Paul’s epistles which are pretty damn early. Though yes, there is some small probability of non-existence, but I would disregard it.

With Smith there are a ton of contemporary documents, so it’s not a good analogy.

I think there’s reasonably credible evidence of the existence of Gautama Buddha as an actual person. And I’ve read at least one scholarly work (in a paper book, don’t have link at this time) describing the historical Abraham as a Babylonian chieftain who left Ur to found a monotheistic settlement.
