Most definitely. That one was a huge killer when I was really heavy. My peak weight was around 260 a year and a half after I graduated. I got down to the late 180’s a couple years ago. Unfortunately, I’ve gained some of it back but I’m confident I can lose it again. I need to be in good shape this summer since I’m taking another foreign trip.

I was utterly out of shape from a dangerously sedentary lifestyle, then I got an HTC Vive, and started losing fat and gaining muscle just from killing zombies in VR. I was surprised that my arms got bigger just from playing video games. It’s a whole different experience than sit-down gaming.
