I think the combination of snowstorms in Summer and my Internet service working one second on, two minutes off means it’s rum o’clock.

My new modem will allegedly arrive tomorrow by UPS after seven days, when it was shipped UPS Next Day Air.

I’ve already complained to CenturyLink about this; they say it’s out of their hands now since UPS has it. I pointed out to their billing department that UPS doesn’t care about me; only they can get UPS off the dime and get them to deliver the package (and oh by the way, UPS doesn’t care if they rip off CenturyLink either).

I suggested the quickest way to get that package to me was for CenturyLink to put in an insurance claim for the lost modem.
