No, not any decision, a ruling on Trump’s immunity claim. It means that D.C. cannot try Trump until after the DC Circuit court rules on his appeal, then Trump appeals to SCOTUS, and SCOTUS rules. In all likelihood, the DC trial will have to be rescheduled, and SCOTUS could potentially delay it until after November.
