Don’t I recall a stimulus bill that has yet to spend the funds that it promised to “put people back to work?”.

There are ABSOLUTELY $110B that can be re-programmed from that bill to fit this need.

That should be used as a vehicle for unemployment before we pass another mindless spending bill.
