1. 40 - refuse to start out as a dishwasher.
2. It’s truly my passion. I probably have others but this is something I’ve seriously thought about for some time now. I’m also not wed to the idea of working exclusively at a fine dining establishment (open to hotels, resorts, cruise lines, etc.)
