Okay, from some of the stuff I’ve been reading (admittedly very little at this point) Mousavi seems to be no different from Dinnerjacket ideologically speaking. Pro-islamo-theocracy, pro-nuke, anti-Israel.

It was accurate. Then Mousavi started talking loosening restrictions and improving the nation’s image. At that point the theocracy couldn’t trust him anymore. If this revolution succeeds, it will end up bigger than Mousavi.
