Yeah. A lot will also depend on the judge that is picked. If it’s a weak judge then they will give “free rein” to the defense to bring in other aspects such as interrogations, treatment, “undue hardship,” etc.

I heard they were going to import Judge Ito from California because of his vast experience in “Show Trials.”
