You should see the uproar going on here in Austin right now with the local school district threatening to close a bunch of schools to save money due to the state budget shortfall. People are pissed.

At the same time, our idiot governor and Republican legislature are more concerned with passing an “emergency” abortion bill or some such nonsense. Ugh.
