If you grill them, they don’t pick up any transfats. Some cholesterol its true, but you can get rile of the bile by removing the troll’s stomach and gall bladder before grilling. :D

Yeah, but like a puffer fish, you gotta be careful in the preparation. One wrong cut and you’ve ruined the meat entirely.
