Utterly sickening.

That’s what I’ve been trying to figure out. I get that the shooting cop doesn’t have to talk and incriminate himself (which in this case, I have no doubt that he surely would) but this certainly shouldn’t preclude the department from reporting on a homicide in its district regardless of who the shooter was.

But then, there’s another shooting victim who’s wondering why there’s no report, and no bullet, in Ferguson, too.
