Right. Had to check on something. The new neighbors that broke a window playing with a soccer ball at 3 AM had about three people up on the roof just now. So I had to call the landlady and then go up a flight a stairs and lock the door to the roof.

Anyway, the point was to illustrate Bush’s words castigating colonialism and within the context of the anti-Obama meme (i.e. colonialism).

I understood. I was just using that to make a “I’m not with Stupid” comment.
