It is, but it’s not really practiced by a whole lot of people around here. Except for Halloween, you’d think my neighborhood had nearly no children, so few are outside. My parents kicked me out of the house a lot, even though I was still trying to be the first in my family to go to college.

Shit when I was a kid in the late 90’s when I had the guys over, we’d go out at night and walk around town. They have curfews these days or if they did then, irs more enforced now.
