If it said assembly, like in the constitution I wouldn’t mind, but the left is into the hostile protests whether they be union, or against Supreme court nominees, or La RAza in LA - they can do no wrong. But let the right organize, and each individual that shows up is scrutinized. It’s a malicious double standard.

The lesson didn’t say “assembly”? What did it say? I don’t understand what the problem is.

There may well be double standards in the world, but I don’t see how that relates to the lesson, as you describe it above. Sounds very even-handed to me.
