What’s the purpose of the Drudge Report showing a title of ‘DRUDGE REPORT 2010(R)’? Does he go by the federal fiscal year or something?

The currency story was promoted by his site and Fox; thinly sourced. I would hope that someone from the FTC is looking at any collusion to ‘force’ the market.
