I have been told here that my grammar is making someone hurt, so I am right in there with my students.

I’ve also noticed the texting format in papers. That was new to me. L8 and u.

I got that at one school, from my high school kids.

I tried to explain: “If you don’t know the answer, try to fake it. If you can’t even fake it, it’s all right to write, “I don’t know.” I will give you no points. If you can’t be bothered, you can leave the space empty, and I will give you no points.

“If you write “IDK”, I will deduct points up to twice the value of the item.

“If you write “WTF?” I will kill you.”
