No it isn’t. My main thought was that this attack looks like it was planned with a degree of sophistication, like the Paris attack. I don’t think it’s ISIS or any other jihadist group anymore, or any other “lone nut” for that matter because both would probably have killed themselves as part of the event.

The fact that three people got away is the twist on this.

Indeed, while foreign terrorist attacks have been both crude and sophisticated, one of the general hallmarks is that they terrorists don’t make a run for it after the deed is done. They generally tend to stay and cause as much carnage as possible in order to instill the greatest amount of terror in their intended targets.
