Whitehouse doesn’t seem to be aware of many things that are being done in our name. Was this the generals fault too, or maybe someone else. Where does this buck stop? How does Donnie Two Scoops know he is doing a “10” in PR if he doesn’t know what is being done and by whom in PR?
