A good and reasonable arguement, but I don’t think that it’s enough to take the development of light and HS rail service off the table completely.

Bottom line, we need to get this economy back on track by finding a way to give Americans access to good paying jobs. It’s not enough to just “create jobs” in this country… people need a better way to get to those jobs.
