Are there really people stupid enough to think that Facebook’s “legal department” can make laws? Apparently so. The Idiocracy is here.

As I mentioned a few days ago, I think a lot of the craziness and apparent dishonesty we see in the general public is actually gross ignorance, huge yawning gaps in categories of knowledge that used to be taken for granted. We see this, for example, in the uproar over the so-called UN small arms treaty and any number of other outrageous outrages. We in the reality based community are just not working from the same set of presumed facts as the opposition.
