An old mohel had a picture of a sailing ship in the window of his office. Once his son asked “Dad? why a sailing ship? It has nothing to do with what you do.”

“So what would you like me to put in the window instead?”

The one I read in an Isaac Asimov humor collection (that guy wrote about everything):

Guy goes to his urologist, Dr. Finkelstein. And during the exam, the doctor says “You’re bris was done by Isaac Goldman, right?”

The patient says “How did you know?”

“He always cuts on the bias”, replies the doctor.
