At what point would a real conversation about a complete overhaul of our system of government be worth having? I mean the sort where we discuss whether a parliamentary system would be better?

(for the record, I’m not sure a parliamentary system would be better in the US)

I think the system in itself isn’t the issue but we could have more representation In the House imo because it would increase accountability and make Congress more represnsative of the nation. Parliamentary style would be too big a departure imo.
