OK, sorry, but I don’t get what everyone is freaking out about over NY letting the temporary morgue refrigerated trucks go back into regular service after thorough cleanings

1) how thorough is the cleaning? who certifies the thoroughness?

2) in an Orthodox kitchen, there’s literally no level of cleaning that would ever make it okay to serve pot roast on the dish that last week was a cheese platter.
