But there were a few things they put in the “conspiracy theory” category that really didn’t belong there, like the one that said “Trump conspired with Russia to steal the election.” Is that really a conspiracy theory, or something for which we actually don’t know the answer?

Because I don’t rule that one out. At all.

He may well have conspired with Russia, but “stealing the election” suggests voter fraud to me, not spreading lies, or even secret funding. Reprehensible, criminal, but not theft.
