So if SCOTUS says that a President has immunity for anything done while in office, and has the power to pardon herself, what stops Joe Biden from scooping Trump up and whisking him to Gitmo to be waterboarded, then immediately pardoning himself and everyone involved?

Just trying to game this out by Republican rules.
