Amazon will be feeling this one for at least a year. At least they can give an apology and explanation after the screw ups. One selling the books illegally and then erasing them without much notice to the customers.

I don’t think it will hurt them . People seem to love their Kindles. If you read thru the comments in the forum, most seem to accept the apology and say they will remain Amazon customers.
