Nothing is most likely since we don’t know shit about the mental state of the child, or the father. This is bullshit for sure, but do we look any better when we start deciding that there is this issue or that issue when we have no more info about the state of this kid and his family as Malkin had about the incident?

I don’t see anyone who has “decided” anything about the boy. And I stand behind my “mostly likely” because the teacher saw something that concerned her and she wanted to get help for a boy she felt might be in trouble. I see that concern from a teacher, a professional, as a good thing.
