Here’s my take with the autopsy, and witness accounts. Brown was shot at while running away. Wilson missed three times. He was shot in the arm as he was turning around with his hands up to surrender. Wilson kept shooting as he stepped/ran closer, ultimately having fired that one fatal shot to his head.
