That reads like a back-of-the-hand. Why would our fine upstanding leaders need immunity?

The justice dept is arguing that the plaintiff doesn’t have legal standing to sue. The “procedural immunity” isn’t a blanket proclamation as the title of the diary suggests, just that they are immune in those specific proceedings because the plaintiff doesn’t have legal standing to sue in American courts.
