Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that. My older lab was diagnosed with hip dysplasia when he was 4. We had to completely curtail his play. We didn’t want his hips to need replacement, so we changed his diet and exercise but it’s still heartbreaking when he over does it one day and limps around.

That is what my dog has, but he is doing ok still. He is just slower. He does not fetch the frisbee or the ball anymore though. You toss it and he just looks at me and basically says, “You’re kidding, right?”
