Victory conditions are that the attacks and hostage taking ends.

That will require forcing the other nations in the regions out of the conflict defacto if not de jura and breaking the will of the Palestinians to fight.

So as long as any group of Palestinians, no matter how small and unconnected with the rest, launch attacks on Israel, you would continue to bomb Palestine’s infrastructure?
