Attack from Syria kills Israeli teen; Israeli military kills two Palestinians

At least one of the Palestinians was under mental health care. He may have appeared to be a threat without sanely intending to attack or its possible that like too many mentally ill people he was severely depressed. Because his death does resemble a “suicide by cop” situation.
