The North Koreans have shut down their schools and colleges to send everyone once again to the fields to collect food. That, in a nutshell, is what’s wrong with North Korea. They can’t feed themselves, but build a huge military industrial complex, complete with nuclear weapons - export that military tech, but can’t survive without humanitarian aid imports and requiring everyone go to the fields to scrounge for food.
