Without challenging the assessment that the anti-jihad movement is dead, I think we can agree that you are really asserting something else, namely that the middle ground between extremisms is dwindling to nothing. This IS possible, and perhaps if is true, that moderation like neutrality is nigh impossible, it is not totally surprising. If so, what is to be done?
