Well, Ron Paul did properly articulate why Congress should not be able to subpoena federal judges, after Newt floated that idea. It was a little shocking to hear Ron Paul being the sane one, but there it is.

On O’Reilly last night, Ann Coulter (!!!) took the words right out of my mouth, saying it was the job of the courts to uphold the Constitution, not Newt’s idea of “American Exceptionalism.”

Ladies and gentlemen, the current GOP’s voice of reason!
