Answer is - there’s no solution. It just sucks, and it is what it is. Makes for some wonderful everyone-scream-at-each-other opportunities though.

I think there are reasons that many businesses who use illegal labor don’t want those folks to have any sort of legal standing to work in this country, because then they would have to pay minimum wage. So they will fight amnesty or guest worker or any other program giving these folks legal standing, and they will contribute to those politicians who keep failing to do anything at all about illegal aliens.
