Maybe if they actually SPENT SOME OF THE STIMULUS MONEY it would actually stimulate something. To date, less than 10% has been allocated, and even less has actually been spent.

The remaining 90% are enormous campaign slush funds that won’t hit the economy until the third quarters of 2010 and 2012.

Yup, they are managing the funds for political purposes. Do ya think Congressional districts with at risk Democrats might get some of the money?
