Could some of the many people down-voting my comment please help me to understand what you think would be so wrong with NBC paying Greenwald $50k to produce an interview with Snowden. That figure seems pretty reasonable for an international report and such contracts with freelance contributors are fairly routine in the industry.

How much should Mr. Barnum get for producing Mr. Thumb for this interview?
