I was 99.9% sure that the upcoming “Snowden” movie would be littler more than hagiography. Now that I see it was directed by Oliver Stone, I am 100% sure.

The worst part is he is trying make me hate Zachary Quinto by having him play Greenwald.

I know what you mean. I like Joseph Gordon-Levitt and he’s playing Ed. Wilkerson and Leo are veteran character actors I respect too. I won’t encourage boycotting but I don’t trust Oliver Stone’s view of history on anything.

Difference between boycotting and simply choosing not to waste your money on a crap movie.

Even great actors take work just for a paycheck or to work with someone specific, so I’m not going to be too hard on Quinto, Gordon-Levitt, or anyone else on the cast.
