I agree that if it was up to them they would, but it’s Dr Frankenstein vs. Frankenstein’s monster, and they know it. Also, key, is the fact that their only leverage is to stop donating now, after they’ve boosted invested Trump’s 2020 campaign above the $100 million mark. It’s not like they’re going to start donating to Democrats.
