So I bought Mrs. Fish one of those Japanese chef’s knives as a Christmas gift, thanks to a recommendation from the Lizardim. It has arrived today, and it is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you. I can’t wait for her to open it on Christmas and be surprised; she has NO IDEA about it, because this is a thing she probably doesn’t even remember she’s asked for.
