So it has no other meaning that exactly what it looks like? sheesh, I was trying to figure out if there was actually a political issue it could relate to but I guess it just is what it is.

I need to dig, but I believe it was an original photo taken by someone who lives in Australia (not sure where the photo itself was taken) years ago that was hijacked and photoshopped. Original photog was pissed. But like Charles said, the photoshop been around since the election.
