Seriously: why isn’t Palin atttending CPAC?

My bets are on one or more of the following:
1. Not offered a big enough payday
2. No guarantee of being the lone “star”
3. Potential for major gaffe in front of competition/donors
4. Can hold out as being above the need of CPAC to succeed
