The problem I see with this is that then it’s not possible to give any anti-rape advice in principle, because rape is something that apparently always happens spontaneously and that it is impossible to decrease the probability of it happening. E.g. an advice for a woman not to get into an elevator with a strange male at night alone can be interpreted as blaming her for the rape if she does get into the elevator. After all, this ignores that it is the rapist’s fault. (Though I would say that the rapist’s fault is assumed here by default.)

And if it is possible to give such an advice, then it’s pretty much inevitable that a lot of folks will assume (wrongly) that attractiveness is a possible causal factor in rape. Again, they may be wrong, but not out of malicious or blaming mindset (though some are).
