There are millions of missing women. Honor killings? Left to die as infants because they were girls? Medical treatment withheld later because they were women? Probably all three.

One can easily “see” the millions that are missing.
1) Go to CIA Factbook and look up the male/female ratio for the US.
at birth: 1.05 male(s)/female
under 15 years: 1.05 male(s)/female
15-64 years: 1 male(s)/female
2) Assume the US is the “natural” rate, meaning that people are NOT being killed because of the sex in the US in any significant numbers.
3) Go to any other country - We’ll start with Saudi Arabia
at birth: 1.05 male(s)/female
The birth ratio is the same.
4) The total population of Saudi Arabia 15-64 years is male 9,470,353/female 7,284,696.
5) If it were the natural 1:1 ratio, there would be over 2 million more women.

Where are they?

Syria: 200,000 missing women
Afghanistan: 450,000 missing women
Bahrain: 60,000 missing women
Jordon: 270,000 missing women
Pakistan: 2,300,000 missing women

Etc.
