It’s not a huge jump to say use of a gun in self defense show pre-meditated intent to cause lethal harm.

Again, two or three years ago now a BUREAUCRAT in OSHA added language to the Federal Register that would have re-classed ammo the same as hi-explosives. Making retail sale and home storage of ammo nearly impossible.
